Looking into Real Estate Investing. I have lots of Equity and looking for options
Hi everyone,
My and my wife have a lot of equity in our current property. We have been wanting to get started investing in real estate seriously for quite some time now. So far, what we have done was sell our current property when the values are up and roll that into the next house and repeat. We have done this 3 times now since 2008.
This time, we are looking to really get started. What do you guys recommend? We have a decent amount of capital and also equity in our current home. We would love to keep our current home and start an investment property. The family is tired of moving each time we take an opportunity. Any input would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
Chris
