First post. Moving money to start?

First post, asking some advice while I continue to read over these forums. 
What I have:

1rental MH owned outright. $500/m

1 Heloc (~80k available)

LLC $0 in account.

What want to do is use heloc to fix and flip, repay heloc, repeat to build funds in LLC that do not put my home on the line.
how do I properly move that money and property around?

(ps. family home. Cannot relocate primary residence)
