How to calculate closing costs on a cash deal in Pittsburgh, PA

Hey everyone,

Somewhat of a newbie when it comes to acquiring properties. I have a potential deal that Im looking to take down with cash out of state, but one thing Im having trouble figuring out is the closing cost and the process to close on a property in Pittsburgh. From what Ive seen its much different than where I live in South Carolina.

Any help or direction would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

DH
