Opportunity to Shadow

Hello- My name is Katrina Mitchell. I relocated form Merrick, NY to Orlando, FL. I am new to real estate Investing. I am leaning towards passive income opposed to active income. However, I am willing to do active (fix and flip) to build capital/equity. I learn better from shadowing. I was hoping someone in Orlando is will to allow me to follow them on some fix and flips from beginning to end so I can learn the business and gain confidence. Please let me know if you are okay with me shadowing you on some of your deals so I can gain more confidence in jumping out on deals. Although I run the numbers, I struggle with jumping out because I am not confident enough to move forward. I gain confidence through shadowing.
