New to Wholesaling and Looking to Connect and Find a Mentor!

Hi BP people,

I've been learning on my own about everything real estate, and I believe wholesaling is the strategy I want to start my real estate journey with. I wanted to see if anyone is interested in becoming my mentor and help guide me to a successful path in my real estate career. I want to build a mutually beneficial and long-lasting relationship with experienced real estate investors. I live in Orange County, CA, but I want to be involved out-of-state like NV, AZ, and TX.  

Please share any advice you all have on wholesaling. I would greatly appreciate it. I'm excited to finally take the first step and start my journey!
