Atlanta College Student Looking to House Hack - Any Tips?

I've just embarked on my journey into the exciting world of Real Estate Investing and have set my sights on house hacking as my first venture!

Given that I attend college in the vibrant city of Atlanta, I'm keen on pursuing a house-hacking opportunity in this area starting my next semester of college. If all goes according to plan, I'm even considering replicating the process next year!

One of the primary challenges I'm encountering is the highly competitive nature of Atlanta's Real Estate Market, especially when it comes to finding favorable deals in the vicinity I'm targeting.
