Ohio - Cleveland Market

Looking for advice -

I am in the Cleveland market and have tried finding opportunities to invest.

I am running into a lot of bank owned property (foreclosures etc) which is becoming a little bit of a headache.

any advice on capturing some of those homes? lots of potential but somewhat of a gray area on how to capture a deal there.

Also,   looking for ideas or tips to gain more opportunities off-market?

@Carshawn Johnson do this.   1.  Goto google  2.  type in "we buy houses cleveland ohio".   3.   A bunch of websites will pop up.   99% of these are people who are wholesaling real estate.     If you email or call them and asked to be added to their buyers list and get house leads delivered to you via email.   If you are wholesaling, you can still fill out information and co-wholesale alot of the deals that come your way.   Another way to get deals is to look up a site named "myhousedeals"   also try "investorlift".    Also try adding yourself to different facebook groups in your local market.   Much success to you.
