Looking To Do Real Estate!! Jackson Mi

Posted

I am just getting started, I have no deals under my belt, but I have been a bigger pockets listener for about 5 years. I'm 19 and am looking to absorb what I can absorb and form as many relationships as I can. If anyone out there is in the mid Michigan area, I would love to connect!

About myself..

I graduated high school in 2022 with my associates degree from Jackson College and since then I have been working around 50 hours a week building my savings and credit. I'm recently married and am in the process of looking for our first house to turn into an rental property in about a year. We both have grown up in Jackson, MI and know the area well. I have several connections in our area, but am looking for a partner or mentor.

We are considering long term rentals, vacation rentals, and wholetailing. We are approved up to $140,000 on an FHA loan and have about 20k in savings.

Look forward to hearing from anyone out there! Thanks.
