Rush buy, Not sure what to do now

I'm a first time home buyer and bought a SFH couple months ago. The house is in a HOA community and privacy is an issue for me as houses are very close. It was a rush and panic buy because we were worried with higher interest rate climbing up. Should i sell it now or wait couple years. Since its a seller market, i could probably get the purchase price, which is more than what the marketed price was. Anyone with similar situation or expereince such in the past and whats your take on it?
