Pivoting from Medical device sales to Real Estate Investing

Hi Everyone, I’m Kevin. I’m a new real estate investor in the Los Angeles market. I purchased my first property in 2021 and have turned it into a MTR, it’s cash flowing great. For my next deal I’m looking into house hacking a triplex. I’ve been a medical device sales rep. for the last 5 years and have done well but I’ve gone from loving real estate over the last few years to becoming obsessed with it, listening to podcasts and researching the industry any chance I get. My long term goal is build up enough cash flow from my properties to be a full time investor. However I’m far from that goal. After much consideration I have decided that I want to leave my medical device career and work in the real estate industry even if I have to take a pay cut. My question is, with my medical device experience and limited experience in real estate investing what position should I look into? Or does anyone in the area have any openings available where I’d be an asset? I appreciate all the advice/assistance.
