New real estate agent looking for connections in San Diego California

Hello, Thank you for expressing interest in my post. My name is Connor Garrett and I am just starting out in my real estate career and am open to all advice.

I am currently living in Sonoma but I am trying to move to San Diego some time in the new year. I got my sales license a couple years ago and have been doing property management. There hasn't been much growth at the current company I am at. I have not done any sales yet and I don't know where to start. So, I decided to start working on my brokers license and once I attain it, move to San Diego and try my luck.
