HCAD - Owner Names

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to this industry and I would like to grab properties off-market to renovate and hold. Currently, I see one I like and I'm on HCAD to find the owner. However, I'm a tad-bit stumped when I came across this set-up:

[Last Name Person 1] [First Name Person 1] Estate of
% [First Name Person 2] [Last Name Person 2]

Does the " % " mean that person 2 only shares a portion of the ownership with the Estate of Person 1?

Thanks!
