Calling For Sale By Owner (FSBO)

Hey BP,

In my local market I've been "driving for dollars" and I've seen for sale by owners signs in front of properties that are worth investigating.

Does anyone have any tips for calling these individuals? What questions should I ask?

I'd be grateful for any responses.

Quote from @Benjamin Sulka:

You already know they're selling, so just start a conversation and learn about them, their motivation, etc. Then see if you can find a way to meet their goals while meeting yours.

I wouldn't worry about scripts because it doesn't come across authentically.

"Hi, my name is Ben. I noticed your home for sale and was wondering if I could schedule a time to view it?"

Take a look, build rapport, and work your questions into the conversation. They tend to open up much more if they feel you are safe. If you run in with a list of questions or a sales pitch, they will be less likely to share.
