Brand New Investor Looking for a Team in the Grayson County Sherman

Hi y'all,

My name is Ken and I'm a brand new Investor. I've been reading as much as I can about the BRRR method of investing and have decided that is what I want to try for my first project. Upon all the research I've done so far, I've concluded that finding a stellar Realtor, Lendor, General Contractor, and Property Manager are/should be at the top of my priorities just starting out. I'm trying to learn as much as I can, and network as much as possible with other folks in this space.
