Hi All,

My name is Krunal Patel. I am from Schaumburg, IL (Northwest Suburb of Chicago). It's been a 3-4 months I have started involving myself in real estate investment journey. I have read the book "Rich dad poor dad" which inspired me for personal finance and investment. I then started listening various real estate podcasts, reading books. I am actively learning about REI. To understand, real estate thoroughly, I needed to access all the tools and data which can help me understand properties and market trends. so I prepared and got my real estate License.

I am in the process of learning and networking. I would love to connect with rookie investors and experienced investors to know more about them and learn from them. 

My short-term plan: I want to start investing in northwest Chicago suburb where I live and It would be long term rental.

Love Rich Dad...you can't go wrong with it! Also I absolutely love that you got your real estate license...such a good move. I have never once regretted getting mine...the education plus MLS access is priceless.
