Trying to get started in RE investing. Thinking about a Househack within 20min of downtown Dallas. I know its a longshot, but has anybody been able to find opportunities like this (Duplex or Triplex?)

Thanks in advance

Probably your best househack right now is a 4-5bed 3bath.   Rent rooms.   I rarely see any 2-3 unit where you would be paying rent for the unit you live in.
If you have the income to buy 3 unit, of course units 2 & 3 help pay down mortgage and you might get a slight discount on your share of the rent.
