Starting real estate investing

Richard Pena
Posted

So, i’ve been very interested in starting in real estate investing for the past couple of weeks now. I have been listening to the podcasts on the channel almost everyday and recently purchased a few books. I am currently 19 in the Air Force and looking for some guidance into what i can be doing now to possibly have some of my own rental properties one day. Really motivated and just wanted to reach out to other successful investors personally and possibly ask questions. I have a general idea of how to start but wanted to see what would be the best for my current living situation with being active duty. I’ve been working on my credit since my 18th bday and been saving a good amount of money to hopefully invest into a property. All advice is appreciated, thank you.
