I went to a Mentor Investor Club meeting where they where claiming to help me grow as an investor. Their proposal was that I look for properties that they could Buy and Flip and they would pay me a 10% commission on the profit that they make from every property that I present. They also wanted $1000 dollars to join their club to show me how to Buy and Flip. It sounded a little like a scam to me, but majority of the people that were at the meeting signed up. I’m very cautious when it comes to how I spend my money. So I didn’t sign up. I am very curious as to what members of BP think about Investor Clubs like this.

Good for you!

Put that $1000 to better use on an actual deal.
