I'm a new agent in Southeastern Wisconsin and am trying to start prospecting FSBO, FRBO, and expired listings. I'm having trouble finding and choosing a good software that will provide leads and owner contact information. What are some good recommendations?

P.S. I'm not looking to spend loads of money on monthly payments, would like to be under $100 per month if possible.
