Is this a good investment?

Hello, I have the opportunity to buy my parent's home and flip it. My Dad passed away two years ago and my mom bought a condo shortly thereafter. My Dad spent the better part of 20 years meticulously renovating parts of the home, however, he passed before he could finish it. It still needs a bit of work to finish. My mom has gotten estimates of approx $60k to finish it. It is in a great neighborhood and the finishes are beautiful, the yard is beautiful. My mom just wants it off her hands. I am currently renting, my plan is to buy a home in Florida next summer so I don't want to buy a home here except this is a really good opportunity for me to make some money. I just don't know what the best course of action is. I am considering buying the house and living in it while the renovations are going on. Or should I just do a land contract with my mom? Should I just pay her rent and then split the profits when we sell? Thank you for any suggestions/help.
