How Should I Start Out?

Luka Jurasek
Posted

Hi,

My name is Luka Jurasek I am 19 years old and still in college, I am in the Ann Arbor area and am looking to get into real estate. By the end of this year school year I will have roughly 20k at my disposal. I am looking for some guidance as to what would be the best was to spend that money, whether its rental properties, lease options, or if 20k is to little to get in I would like your thoughts. I am looking for in the best case scenario mentor or someone who is willing to let me shadow them and what they do to get some exposure to real estate but I would also very much like any input and guidance as to what I should do.
