Newbie here looking to invest in a cabin in Hochatown, OK

Hey Y’all!  So happy to have found Bigger Pockets.  My brain is on overload with all the great information.  I have some stock market investments but I want to diversify more.  I want to own property that brings in some cash flow that will supplement my current W2 job with the goal of retiring early.  I’d like to build a small but mighty portfolio.  I have a rough business plan that needs work in a few areas.  I am hoping to connect with others and to share my experiences so that we can all grow and learn.  
I would really like to buy my first property in Hochatown, OK.  I vacation there several times a year renting a cabin via VRBO and ABB.  This is a great area and it’s always hopping!
