Ready to start with house hacking (Multi-Family)

Hello there, BiggerPockets community! I'm excited to make my debut post here. I'm eager to connect with individuals who share the common goal of attaining financial freedom. I've recently relocated to Minnesota and I'm in the early stages of planning my first owner-occupied multi-family property purchase. While I'm currently leaning toward the Minneapolis area, I'm certainly open to hearing your recommendations for alternative areas to explore.
