Hello, 

I'm Zach I started in the industry in December 2007, as a handyman. I did reo foreclosure maintenance and field service through the 2008 crash. I also worked exclusively for a flipper doing work on his homes and project management. My first home was a distressed foreclosure with I rolled into a rental when I moved out. I also flipped one home in Silver City nm. I really only dabbled personally but I've been a handyman all this time. I'm ready to join the big leagues. I'm looking to form partnerships, and get into the fray. I just recently passed my gb2 and am testing for gb98 on Saturday.  I should be a licensed contractor in six to 8 weeks. I also have a llc for investment property's established. I have relationships with subs experience project management I have some employees for day to day labor. I also have two solid hard money lenders that know me and will back me. I Need team members
