Aloha~

     Starting out in the rental game and looking for some advice. Just wonder if any landlords out there on the Big Island have a real estate lawyer that they use and can recommend when it comes to giving guidance on state specific lease creation, as well as questions on the state landlord-tenant handbook and/or accessing the actual code for the state of Hawaii in regard to tenant-landlord law? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
