New to real estate investing, let me buy you a cup of coffee!

Justin Sullivan
Posted

My name is Justin and I recently graduated from IU and am working in Indianapolis. I came across BiggerPockets from their podcast and have been obsessed with the idea of real-estate investing ever since. For me, this seems like a great way to help grow the money I currently am making from my W2 in order to position myself to be very active in my kid's life when the time comes.

I am looking for anyone in Indianapolis or the surrounding areas who has experience investing in this area and would be willing to grab a coffee and chat. I'd to gain insight from hearing about successful investors' experiences, as well as learn more about the best areas to invest in, or maybe some areas to avoid.

I am currently looking at investing in multi-family homes or long term rent single family, as well as house hacking my next place of residence. I'd like to focus on cash-flowing properties that I can hold long-term as a start to my portfolio. Ideally, I can then use this cash flow to scale out of state or look into different rental markets, such as short-term vacation rentals.

Let me know if you would be interested in connecting! In addition, any advice is appreciated so please do not hesitate to leave a reply or send me a personal message. Thank you!
