What market to invest in Birmingham Alabama
Hi, I am an out of state investor. I am looking to invest in Birmingham Alabama. I want to know what markets should I look into? What markets should I avoid? Can I get anywhere under 100k in a decent neighborhood? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

Yes you can still find some properties in that price range. I would suggest looking in Center Point, Fultondale, Roebuck, East Lake, or Ensley. I would say most of these areas are going to be a C class type area. Probably won't see any huge appreciation, but depending on your financing could make some decent cashflow.
