Hello

I wanted to check if there are any new constructions where rentals are allowed in the Charlotte area?

Hi @Arti Ta

Yes, there are plenty of new construction communities in the Charlotte area that allow rentals. However, a lot of communities do have restrictions around short-term rentals and some have rental caps allowing only a certain percentage of the homes in the community to be offered as rentals. It's really a case-by-case scenario. I would highly recommend reading the HOA docs in detail before signing any purchase agreements or working with a local/knowledgeable Realtor that can help you understand those HOA docs. Hope this helps.

Best,
