Experience Needed - Note Investing

Rijul Gupta
Posted

I am a new investor looking to get my feet wet with first or second position non-performing residential notes. I am a little strapped for cash as of now, so cannot invest in these notes. However, I am looking to gain experience in these types of notes as well as connect with others to learn more about first or second position non-performing residential notes. Thank you!

Check out paperstac as well as they have notes for sale as well as some educational products

For performing loans Fred rewey and Tracy z have great content as well.
