Hey everyone! 👋

In 10 months, I'll be gearing up to invest in multi-family properties using my VA loan and need a job that will both feed my passion and support my financial goals. I'm particularly interested in these roles and would love your insights:

  1. Realtor: How do you find and maintain clients? Any essential skills or tips?
  2. Loan Officer: What does your daily work involve? What are the main challenges?
  3. Contractor: How did you start? What kinds of projects do you typically handle?
  4. Property Manager: What's involved in managing different properties? Any tips on handling tenants?
  5. Appraiser: How does one become an appraiser? What's the most unique property you've assessed?
  6. Inspector: How did you enter this field? Any unusual findings during inspections?

I'm aiming for a role that aligns with my real estate investment goals and offers both valuable experience and sufficient income. Your perspectives could be vital in helping me learn more about these fields!

Thanks in advance for your thoughts and guidance!

Best,

Eddie
