Airstream BNB - Colorado based investor looking to grow and build wealth

Posted

Hi all,

I'm Cameron Prickett, an aspiring RE investor and student to the game. I'm based in Colorado, but certainly am exploring the idea of investing in many different places outside of this state. I'm getting close to going through with a purchase of a 1969 Airstream that I plan on restoring and completing some renovations on. My plan after the fact is to STR it out as much as I can. It's first home is likely going to be in central Arkansas as I already have land there to place it on.

I'm looking for advise in the realm of STR's, tiny home's, trailers, and potentially even financing strategies for the like. I have enough cash to start the process, but I'd like to keep that as collateral for the bank, and use either a small business loan, or a type of term loan instead of depleting my personal funds all at once to get this ball rolling.

I'd love to hear from everyone with advice or personal stories related to getting started! If there are any pitfalls I should avoid please enlighten me as well.

Cheers to YOU, thanks for being here, and lets learn and grow together!

If you're looking for someone to bounce ideas off of, or banter about RE, I'm also hear for that! Please reach out, as I'm trying to build wealth as well!

All the best,

Cameron Prickett
