Tax Deed/ Tax lien Auctions/ Mentor

Hello, my name is Keivone Warren and I am just starting out in real estate investing. After months of research, I am looking to get hands-on experience with tax deed sales, sheriff's auctions, and courthouse foreclosure auctions here in the Triangle region. However, I would feel much more confident having an experienced mentor guide me as I get started.

I am reaching out to connect with other investors in the Raleigh area who have successfully invested in foreclosures and courthouse auctions. I would love to learn from someone who knows the ins and outs of bidding at tax sales and sheriff auctions in Wake County and surrounding areas. There is only so much I can learn from books and online - your expertise and insights would be invaluable.

My goal is to partner with a knowledgeable mentor willing to show me the ropes. I am eager to bring energy and dedication to do the legwork needed to identify promising auction properties. In return, I hope to find someone open to coaching me through the due diligence, bidding, financing, and acquisition process.
