Starting out advice

hey bp family been a while since ive been on. Trying to get started but have limited funds. Aready buying a home with my wife so cant house hack my way in. Been looking into some hard money lenders in my area but again limited funds and dont want to start out without any reserve cash. Any advice would be very much appreciated.
