New and Interested in Real Estate
Hey beautiful people,
My name is Patrick and I really want to start my real estate investing journey. I'm someone who doesn't currently have the money to buy a whole property or put a down payment on a house in most states. From what I've been reading, I understand i need to have the "Deal" that can benefit me and whomever I partner with or lend from. So what my question is; How do I know if its a good deal or not? I'm going to get out of my comfort zone one way or another, and I'd greatly appreciate some personal advice.
Thank You
Patrick C.
