Writing Contracts and Draw Schedules

Hi Everyone,

I have a property I am looking to rehab and have questions about how and who writes the contracts for the GC and/or the subs. Who writes the contracts? Me? The GC? I've read about lien releases but do not fully know what they are. Can someone explain this for me as well? As for the draw schedules, do I make those or the GC?
