Hi, we own a home with a two bedroom one bath apartment down stairs with a separate entrance and it’s own large outdoor yard.  We have zero experience with Airbnb’s and would love some feedback if having the unit below us would be a negative for turning it into a Airbnb.  Appreciate any feedback.
