Live in BRRRR Tri/quad ,House hack Wildomar/Murrieta or surrounding areas
Hello everyone, I currently live in Murrieta and I do want to BRRR + househack a quad/triplex or a SFH with land and approved zoning for an ADU in the future. Any insight on if the FHA 203k loan is the best loan for this scenario.
I'll put up with the discomfort and patiently live in the property to make sure rennovations are done correctly Even if it takes me 2 years as long as it appreciates but I'm not sure how to align for picking best locations and how to go about getting the money out from the seasoning period (if any).
is there any other things needed to consider? If I can make this happen I don't mind tryin this in Florida or Texas. I work remote.
