Local Accountant (Silver Spring MD)

Hello all!

My name is nico and I am a local real estate agent based out of Montgomery County MD. I am looking to begin my real estate investment journey and I wanted to reach out to the community to see if anyone had a great local CPA or Accountant that specializes in real estate investment/realtors they could recommend. I had a few questions about how I should set everything up, regarding LLCs and different strategies. I would greatly appreciated any recommendations.
