Best way to understand local rents ?
Hey all -- I am new here and appreciate any help.
Other than Googling.... what is the best workflow for identifying what you can expect for rent on a property? Are there any resources I should make sure to check out?
If there is already a thread on this feel free to point me there. Thanks!
