Hey everyone!

I hope you're all doing well and staying safe. I'm currently in the early stages of setting up a real estate wholesaling business, and I've been thinking about the best way to structure it for both legal and tax purposes. After doing some research and consulting with a few professionals, I've decided that forming an LLC might be the best route for me.
