Hi,

I am looking for suggestions on where to buy my first rental property. I am interested in SFR 3/2 and small multi-family. My budget is under $200,000. My first goals is cash flow and my second goal is appreciation. I would like to buy in a B or C class area that is appreciating. I have looked at job markets, population growth, etc... but am feeling overwhelmed. Does anyone just have specific suggestion they can make for me as a new investor about where to invest? Thank you so much!
