How to get into doing home foreclosure cleanups

Hello all! I am located in the Milwaukee, WI area, and have an interest in what I'm hoping could be a side gig. Doing foreclosure cleanups and prep before home sale is something I would like to learn about how to get into, and who is best to contact. I also have experience in painting and painting related repair work. Thanks in advance for replies!

Contact the REO department of banks and lending institutions locally and ask about property preservation. Id start with the smaller state banks first.
