Feeling stuck after owning my first property

Malik Jones
Posted

This is my 1st time reaching out to anyone.  I'm eager to get in real estate. Literally just started listening to bigger pockets last week, which got me motivated. I have a ? about aquiring money for my real estate start. I own one building out right with no mortgage and that building is bringing in $2800-$3000 a month. If I wanted to use (brrr) statergy with no money down moving forward aquirying more properties, what should I do? Or what can I do?
