Looking to Join a Wholesaling Team

As the title says I'm looking to join a wholesaling team in any market. I've closed a deal on my own, but I want to learn about having the right systems in place and what that looks like. I can provide value in the sense that I am trained in sales so cold calling is not an issue for me. I also work for a general contracting company so I am around real estate, but I would love to become fully involved in the investment side of real estate. I've attended some REIA meetings and some members have suggested that I should join a team. Thank you and I look forward to networking with you all!
