New Investor Willing to Put in the Work

Posted

Hi BP family, my name is Jasmine. Im an interior designer and stager, im also a brand new real estate investor looking to invest in the San Antonio Texas area. I am looking to flip houses using the BRRRR method. Super excited to gain my first investment property. I am very motivated to make a name in real estate. I'm looking for a mentor and partner in the area and I can provide boots on the ground along with property managment and finding contractors in the area. If anyone can help point me in a great direction that would be awesome thank you for all your help.

Welcome Jasmine, start out early on (now) by calling local investor friendly realtors, lenders, contractors, etc to get the ball rolling. Explain to them what your goals are and that is the fastest way to getting your first property. You will be amazed at how fast it can happen if you make the calls. Best of luck!
