Connecting With SoCal Investors

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to real estate investing and looking to network with successful investors in Southern California (San Diego County in particular). I'm particularly interested in long term rentals with multifamily properties. If anyone is willing to connect I'd love to chat about your experiences and what I need to do to successfully land my first deal. I'm also open to discussing any way I could possibly be of value to your own business, I certainly don't want this interaction to be a one-way street.

I'm really not looking for anyone to tell me how impossible it is to invest here and all the downsides of being in California, I know it's a tough state but I've already met several investors who have found great success here, so I know it's possible with the right approach. I fully intend to get into out-of-state properties eventually, but as an inexperienced investor I'd like to pursue some opportunities I can actually get my hands on and see for myself before I venture into unfamiliar territories.

Anyway, if anyone in the San Diego area is willing to connect please let me know!
