How can I put my license to use?

Hi all, 

I tried to do real estate full time for the past year and ran out of my personal savings. I was able to get 2 transactions under my belt, but right now, my life requires that I get a full time job and a regular paycheck. I don't want to give up my real estate career, so I'm curious about other ways I can put my license to use. I just started poking around on the Bigger Pockets website...
