I have a friend whose friend is going through a divorce, he really needs to sell the house but he’s with an agent right now.

I want to help but don’t want to get into legal issues.

Is there a way to work around the agent, include the agent ??

I want to make it a win win for all parties and be ethical so I need some feedback.

Was thinking of wholesaling or maybe market is as a rental!
