Hi everyone!

I'm new to the game of real estate and I'm trying to learn as much as possible! I'm also trying to learn my area as well regarding the best places to invest. I'm near the new haven area. If anybody knows any mentors, or financial advisor (that specializes in real estate.) I don't know if that's a thing. Haha sorry, I'm new.. My goal is within the next 10 months invest in a second property either a house hack or a single family and rent out my condo. I got a little lucky with my condo. I bought it in 2019 at a 4.8 interest rate for 100k and when the rates were dropping, I refinanced to a 3.3. I think I can get some decent rent. Anyways, that's my goal in the short term. Thanks, everyone!
