New Investor in Real Estate
Hi there! I'm completely new to the Real Estate sphere. And looking for challenging, yet simply convenient ways to enter in/build a portfolio. I'm looking to navigate the "Driving for Deals" or somewhat of a "Gator Method- Lending and Doubling for sellers (Pace Morby)" approach to begin this journey- Anything simple along these lines. Searching for advices and for promising leads/deals. Thank you!
